Recipe :

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of fresh mirabelle plums
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 40 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 150 g of flour
  • 100g of cane sugar
  • 100g of cold, diced, semi-salted butter

Preparation :

BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES

Wash and dry the mirabelle plums, then cut them in half to remove the pits.

Split the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

In a large bowl, mix the mirabelle plums, caster sugar, lemon juice and vanilla seeds.
